Refund and Returns Policy

MyBeds UK

At MyBeds UK your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help.


1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To cancel your order:

  • Clearly state your name, order number, and reason for return

  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

✅ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
✅ Items must be in a resaleable condition
✅ Mattresses and bedding must be unopened and unused due to hygiene reasons
✅ Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty
✅ Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

❌ Opened or used mattresses, pillows, or bedding
❌ Assembled or modified items
❌ Custom or bespoke products
❌ Items returned after the 14-day window (unless faulty)


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed

Note: We do not refund original delivery charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


5. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or delivered in error)

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of return

  • If a collection service is required, a fee may apply and will be discussed before scheduling

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@mybeds.uk

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage

We will either:

  • Arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue

  • Cover return or collection costs for faulty or damaged items


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must:

  • Return the original product following the steps above

  • Place a new order for the replacement item
